We are Kim and Anita Hirst, owners of Modern Renovations and Construction LLC., established in 2012. Over the years we have had the pleasure of helping many homeowners update their home with new additions and remodeling work including decks, kitchens, bathrooms and basement remodels. Interior and Exterior. As an experienced builder, we have built many custom homes in Spokane, North Idaho and surrounding areas.

Not only are we locally owned and operated, but we are also hands-on start to finish within the build process. We have developed close relationships with various subcontractors and the local vendors we use to help in the process of these projects.
